Shrove Tuesday on February 24th. Pancake supper at 6:00, followed by a worship and communion service at 7:00. Sign up sheet for the supper is by the Youth Room.
Membership & Baptism - In preparation for our covenanting service in April, membership classes will be on March 8, 15 and 22. To find out more, please talk to a member of the Pastoral Care Commission or to Herb.
Care Group Leaders are invited to an information and ‘touch base’ time on Sunday, March 1st, during the CE time in the Greenwood Hallway.
Avon Vacation Bible School - The Billy Graham Evangelism Organization Canada is bringing a children’s crusade to Stratford on August 21st and is inviting Avon to take part with a VBS ministry. To find out more, please come to an information session on Monday, March 9th.

Church Family Night with Mennonite Central Committee focus has been moved to Friday, March 27. We’ll prepare health kits, quilts, play games, and eat together! Come for a soup supper at 6:00pm. Surnames beginning A-L bring salad; M-Z bring dessert. A sign-up sheet is posted beside the Youth Room.

Please pray that God will open hearts and minds during MC Canada’s Native Ministry Partnership Circle this weekend, Feb 27 & 28. The theme of the weekend is “Understanding the Impact of Generational Trauma” including the aftermath of residential schools.

March 16 or March 17 - are Hidden Acres Grandparent & Grandchild Retreat Days - a day for Grandparents with grandchildren in Gr 1-6. Games, crafts, music, lunch and snack are included. Cost is $15/person. Brochures are posted beside the Youth Room. Register by March 9.
