Congregational Meeting. Monday, March 30, 7:30pm. Please join us for a congregational meeting where we will discuss L-Team’s recommendation to hire Jane Kuepfer as our new Associate Pastor.

Zurich-Avon youth missions trip to El Salvador begins fund raising with Elmira Poultry frozen chicken and hamburger sales. Please support the team by sharing this opportunity with your neighbours and considering an order. Sales end April 8 with delivery two weeks later. Maundy Thursday Service - April 9th, at 8pm. A freewill offering for the Sharing Fund will be received.

Prayers: Joys & Requests…

Please pray that Anne Garber Kompaore, who ministers in Burkina Faso, will sense God’s leading as she determines which projects to undertake and which to let go over the next year. The recent passing of a co-worker has left her with an unusually challenging agent.

Please contact the church office (519-273-2261) with prayer requests for the bulletin by Wednesday, 6:00 pm.

Congratulations… to Roan and Luke Dawson for completing from memory the five Bible verses/passages of the “Skittlemania Challenge.”

Easter Sunday (April 12). There will be no Christian Ed classes on Easter Sunday. You are asked to bring baked goods for a brunch, fruit and cheese will be provided.

Jewels Breakfast- Saturday April 4th, for 9:00 a.m. at the Schmidtsville Restaurant, Wellesley. All jewels ( 55 plus) welcome.

Men’s Fellowship Breakfast at Arden Park Hotel on Sat., April 11, 8:30am. Join us for a casual time of fellowship and a hardy breakfast. All men welcome. Invite a friend!

Women of Avon: The SPRING ENRICHMENT DAY will be held on Sat., April 18 at Steinmann Mennonite Church at Baden. Please check the Women of Avon Bulletin Board for details. Registration due by April 6.

2 Track Alpha Training Day - April 4 in Exeter. Learn how to run the Alpha Course and the Youth Alpha Course. Details are posted beside the Youth Room.

All you can eat Spaghetti & Salad Dinner including drink and dessert on April 6 at Black Angus Restaurant, Stratford. Proceeds are to send children to school in El Salvador. There are four seatings and take out. For tickets, see Lynne Ternosky.
