Avon Notices…
Shrove Tuesday on February 24th. Pancake supper at 6:00, followed by a worship and communion service at 7:00. Sign up sheet for the supper is by the Youth Room.
Membership & Baptism - In preparation for our covenanting service in April, membership classes will be given in March. To find out more, please talk to a member of the Pastoral Care Commission or Herb.
Care Group Leaders are invited to an information and ‘touch base’ time on Sunday, March 1st, during the CE time in the Greenwood Hallway.
Avon Vacation Bible School - The Billy Graham Evangelism Organization Canada is bringing a children’s crusade to Stratford on August 21st and is inviting Avon to take part with a VBS ministry. To find out more, please come to an information session on Monday, March 9th.

Mennonite-Muslim Kit-packing Sessions - MCCO has been organizing monthly Mennonite-Muslim Friday night kit-packing sessions to help build understanding and awareness. Opportunities in the Community…
All you can eat Spaghetti & Salad Dinner including drink and dessert on April 6 at Black Angus Restaurant, Stratford. Proceeds are to send children to school in El Salvador. There are four seatings and take out. For tickets, see locations listed beside the Youth Room.
Bandarama: An event in support of L’Arche Stratford’s Creative Arts Centre is being held at Northwestern SS, Feb 18 at 7:00pm. Admission is your donation. See poster beside the Youth Room.
