Budget to date: $143,753
Offerings to date: $117,854 (82% of budget)
In addition to our regular monthly expenses of $12,000(-/+), Avon has a total of $42,275 in committed expenses to the end of the year, including to: local missions agencies, Mennonite Central Committee, Mennonite Church Eastern Canada (which includes our support for Mennonite Church Canada), and debt reduction.

Let’s make a generous statement that we love our neighbours in Pakistan. On Sep 5, Avon will take a special offering for those devastated by catastrophic flooding in Pakistan. Funds will be forwarded to MCC who in turn will forward them to trusted and experienced agencies who are already working there (MCC does not have its own staff in Pakistan). This offering is eligible for our government’s matching funds until September 12th.
